• All banking charges outside Singapore including reimbursement and commission charges are for the account of buyer. • Shipment: 45 working days after receipt of signed confirmation order. • Validly: 30 days from date of Proforma Invoice. 

■ Terms and Conditions for Letter of Credit (L/C) L/C to state this clause 

• L/C to be unrestricted for negotiation. Negotiating Bank to claim reimbursement from a Major US. Bank. 

• Payment: By irrevocable Confirmed L/C at sight in Singapore opened in our favour through "DBS Bank Lte, 6 Shenton Way, DBS Building, Singapore 068809, upon confirmation.
